cannot make this 3gs untethered pls help. - GSM-Forum

came with ios 3.1.3 baseband 05.12.01 i made custom firmware 4.3.3 with snowbreeze v2.7.2. restored with itunes after restore phone with black screen.then installed cydia still same after that just boot tethered was used to bring iphone back.can some one tell me how to make this tethered.i also tried to restore iPhone3GS_NEWBootRom_iOS4.3.3_Custom_ACTIVATED_sn0 wbreeze.ipsw still same. pls help thank you.

no solution till now bro, i had have same problem, so i downgrade to 4.3.2.

after downgrade to 4.3.2 did it become untethered?

i finally restored to 4.2.1 withh bb 6.15 now cannot make it untethered.

just do one by one intall ipad baseband and intall cydia.........

just download sn0wbreeze-v2.2.1, and make a Custom_Restore using Simple Mode when it ask you "If You Wanna activate your Phone answer Yes" . then restor your iPhone, your phone will be activated and untethered.

sn0wbreeze 2,2,1 should be used with which firmware version? 4.2.1?

I have 2 3GS stuck at dfu mode, I restore with custom 4.2.1 via pwned dfu and all works but still stuck at dfu mode.

I was planning to mace custom 4.3.3 to solve this, now I see it would not help

what is the best procedure to upgrade these phones to any firmware suitable for untethered jailbreak.
both phones are BB 6.15

thats different problem
if u tried 4.3.3 and still the same u r gonna have to remove the battery for 10 min. and connect it again and ur phone will be ok
