complex passcode iPhone ios 5.0 jailbreak

Hi

I have set an complex passcode on my iPhone.
And i dont rember that, because i was drunk when i set the new one...

I have very important files in data(notes,sms,contacts,calendar and so on)
so i dont want to lose them...

I have tried 4-5 different sofware but no one have worked..
iPhoneExplorer
iPhoneBrowser
Gecko tool kit
Diskaid
IPU

and others...

I have delate 10000x times the keychain 2db and it still coming back and still my phone are locked..

so if anybody knows which way i have let me know

plese dont post " try restore and erase data and so on "

if you already jailbroken.. iphone browser and iphone explorer can save your data to pc

or did you ever try to use itools if its working even if you are on lock screen??

Ok ty , but can you give me some links of iTools ..


iPhone brwoser and iphone explorer can only read the data from last back up.....which i made 6 months ago.. yes its works and i have read my old notes, sms and call logs....but its not help..because i want data from last time ( 26. june. 2012 )

dear gecko tool kit is 100% ok . show ;logs also now ur phone disabled or not ? add me at yahoo & show me it on tv . i will check it .

i got my data back with itools

but is it possible to get passcode still?

i think what should i do next...restore or serach the passcode ...
