Cydia error (The requested modifications cannot be applied)

Hi all i have been experiencing some errors in cydia here is what it says
The requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed

i tried restoring it and jailbreaking again bt didnt worked
i have tried modifying cydiainstaller as well bt didnt worked.

There is a software i am trying to install is called itracker bt only trial version availaible from bigboss repo.

Insanelyi repo or xsellize repo or sinfullrepo offers the cracked version of this app for free so i tried adding this repo bt still gives me this error

I even tried deleting all those repo and added just one at a time so all repos dont conflict with each other but its same thing.

Has anyone came across this and found any solution please post it.
That would be great if some1 comes up with a solution.

this error means that you have to check for certain dependencies or conflicts!

check below this error!,, sometime it may conflict with software fw < or > or u may need to install a dependency software..

u cant add sources ?
if You can add hackulo repo and install installous it will install patch automatic then try what you were trying to do

Thats the first thing i did well before that.
To force cydia to update thats the trick what i do always so this time its not working this trick as well..

I have the exact same problem. I am using iphone 4s w/6.1.1 and have had cydia for over a year and all of a sudden I get the same problem listed above. No matter what I try I get the same error. It says note: The requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed. Even the installed packages don't work anymore. I could really use a solution.....

Wow! I installed mobile substrate and everything else started working. Anyone having this problem should try that.
