find here instruction step by step when we get cydia white after jailbreak.

1. Open Redsnow
2. select same firmware which already installed
3. then click only ´JUST BOOT TETHERED RIGHT NOW´.
4. afte complete process you will see CYDIA in normal condition, now you can unlock it.

but don't turn off your iPhone..

or else you'll end up with apple logo only when you turn on,

(need to do this again to boot it up)
