bro u need to restore to 4.1 to install cydia or u need to make a custom firmware 4.3.1 with Sn0wbreeze 2.4b1 and when u finished u need to boot ( ebooty 2.2 ) cause u'r iphone is ( New Bootrom ).

you have to wait to launch a tool for jailbreaking 4.3.1 currently not available

yes there is a way with snowbreez but remember its not 100% confidencial i tried many time this custom fws freeze devices. But if it made with pawnage tool by mac it will be ok. (currently not available for 4.3.1) Now you also have the choice to downgrade it to jailbreak. read this
