Brand new iphone 4 keeps restarting all the time - GSM-Forum

Hi;
I have a brand new iphone4 16 Gb,factory unlocked.It restarts almost every 10-15 minutes with sim card installed.I upgraded to 4.3.4 but problem still exists.This happens quite rare when there is no sim card inside.Do you think it's software problem coz i'm almost sure Apple produsts have initial hardware problem when they're new.

i had two with the same problem
i replaced the battery and it fixed the problem
it should be under warranty can take it back from were you got it
i was cheaper to replace the battery then take it back (got it from far away from were i stay)
