I have iphone 5 I wanna to downgrade to 6.1.2 and I have the shsh for 6.1.2 but how to downgrade I try via tiny umbrella dosen't work is there any way and I wanna to jailbreak him to make him active because he is lock can I ?

Downgrade not support apple.
only latest SHSH Cache by apple server support.
