Hi to all:

Is Sunday 16/10 2:18pm pacific time and i just downgrade iphone4G os5 with a custom firmware very easy just redsn0w 9.9beta4 dfu and the firmware. i have that firmware i'm uploding now in 1 hour i'm going to put the link

there is one problem downgrading , 4.3.5 is out and you can not downgrade it to lower than that , if you aint got shsh , even if you got it is still a problem downgrading from 5.0 cause apple is not signing 4.3.5 anymore , just 5.0
recovery loop with error 1 can be solved by deactivating iphone with jailbreak and fixrecovery before jailbreak , but jailbreak is stil tethered on 4.3.5

if you are asking about exit from dfu mode , try recoveryfix from ih8show.com
then jailbreak with 0.9.9 b4 with deactivate option and install cydia
