iPhone 3GS Update to iOS 5.0= LCD is whole WITHOUT light (darkly/black) - GSM-Forum

Rear one, has a 3GS 16GB, that
- Led after updates on Vers.5.0 to error at the LC-display. LCD is whole WITHOUT light (darkly/black).

- It Downgrade made on vers. 4.3.3. It has modem FW: 05.16.05 and SRTG iBoot: [iBoot-359.3.2]. iPhone 3GS is further with dark LCD. Against light turned, one recognizes everything in the menu only without LCD light however to look with difficulty purely.

- Custom L.G. over iTunes (4.3.3) goes also, but LCD remains dark.

Who knows the problem and the solution?

The problem is, since the man "TinyUmbrella" one used. After button "Fix Recovery" one clicked is disturbed into iPhone, the SW.

try to reflash your iphone with 4.1 ( full flash - software and firmware , not custom ) and post results.
