You need: Download iOS 4.3.4 firmware from Apple official website.

Download iTunes 10.2 orlater.

Step 1: Open iTunes 10.2 or later to update your device to iOS 4.3.4.

Step 2: Make a backup. Sync all your contacts, messages, music, apps in case of failure.

Step 3: Turn off your device and plug into computer.

Step 4: Run Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC17, browse and select the firmware 4.3.4, select the Install Cydia option, you can also select other options.

Step 5: Follow the screen to enter DFU mode.

First, hold the Home button for 3 seconds.

Second, hold both the Home button and Power button for 10 seconds;

Then release the Power button, but keep hold the Home key for 15 seconds.

Step 6: Redsn0w will finish it for you.

Step 7: Finally, your device will automatically reboot. After that, you should have a jailbroken iPad 2 running on iOS 4.3.4.
