I erase all data and setting but frm the kast 2 hours showing spring waiting wheel....what can i do now?its factory unlocked iphone 4

just put it in recovery mode and restore with itunes,all will b ok.

Obuiously restore with 5.1.1 Download firmware from here

if you have important user data inside use Gecko tool kit to fix it
