Strange but as i say at begin - war stress or maybe your software and hardware is bricked as well and you can't be activated as normal human

Its hard to understand your spelling, you should start work on that.

Hi friends!
I just want to confirm that i just updated 2 iphones 4 today,
to latest version 7.1.2 and they are working just fine. One of
them, i activated by wifi, and the other by cable and iTunes.
And the cherry on the top of the cake, i had another iphone 4
processing for unlock, wich i got today confirmation that it was
done successfully. I just updated it to 7.1.2 and activated with
the simcard from another operator and confirmed it is unlocked!
On all my 3 devices, wifi is working perfectlly.

there is no more activation from wifi or other operate (iphone stuck at connect to itune)

this is not wifi problem becouse after bypass activation iphone 4 wifi working fine

but the question is that is thare tested solution ....?

When I buy a phone it's up to mine will.
Will i use WiFi or no, 4g or 3g, Bluetooth or whatever else or maybe I don't have money atm so I can't pay a carrier simply I want to use it like iPod - listen music or taking photos.

There is no logic at all to block activation because of non working WiFi.

Ipmart - Manole and soon Apple will be together .

Few years ago I run away from ipmart, one of ex. best company.
Some Supervisor called Paul (I think) was arrogant. We scratch about 7 mx key dongles that fat Manole destroy. I ask him to replace them with some other product and he did not agree even they was under warranty. The problem was not agreement but his way of treating customers. Look today , they are almost gone.

Manole still using different names but his time will come too.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention Manole has debt to ipmart about 20000$ that's way they work together and robber own customers.

Haha long story but usefully for new members.
Iphone is on same way , everything is matter of time but this case is short matter.

So for any new member

Avoid Ipmart as selling company

In short way. With mine money I will buy what I need and not what you sale.

I am sure that it is because of hardwear problem...In my case it was quite new phone but somehow wifi area got wet and wifi not working and when try to restore i got this message ...........I changed parts that was damaged but no luck ...

If you have iPhone 4, you can downgrade it to 6.1.3 -> Activate via cellular -> use it on 6.1.3 or update via itunes to latest firmware
