error 3014 from upgradin to 4.2 - GSM-Forum

hi:
today i crashed 3 sets of iphone 4
how?
i tried to upgrade these phones to 4.2
restore starts and failes with this damn 3014 error
that restore not complete & etc
now customers are killing me want their phones back
any suggestions ideas curses are welcomed

3014 is a connection problem error(firewall,bad connection,etc)but i havent problem with firewall or connection.some of my neighbours solved it & now he's able to restore them.but me not.few days ago he was asking me if i solved it or not.& now...
i wanna know how?

hi fellow's:
ive found out something intresting . that its something from itunes.cuz just right after
extracting software this error appears.even itunes doesent goes for server
now any idea?
