when flash 70% then error 3194 how to solved it?. iphone 4

Error 3194
Occurs when trying to install an old firmware and Apple's server disallows the installation. The only solution is to have SHSH backup and modify the hosts file to point to Saurik's Cydia server where they are backed up (or localhost if you have it yourself).

try changing the battery or check your internet connection.

i think that when u resotred ur iphone the imei will be lost that time or maybe u change ur host file

Ok Here Is Solution

1 - Install Letest I tune

2 - use letest Firmware

3 - Flash Phone In Dfu Mode

If Problm Same Then Use This

4 - Host File Which I Atteched in My Post

Do this Steps i hope your problm will be solved Tested Many Time Just Give A try

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
remove old host file and past new host file than restart pc try to best

then try to restore

Your machine may be faulty machine part, I've come more frequently switched cpu 8824
