I suspect the L2_RF has damaged now (v&tmobile vf )_

all iphone 4 refurbish from china have 8824 baseband ic all get error 3194 after restore

only way to fix by iPhone 4 Unlock Dongle

Only one way .. Downgrade with tethered downgrade ..Search on google how to downgrade iPhone 4.. I think it worked 100% ..
