Even if you find a baseband preservation solution (unlikely) for iOS 7.0.4, there is a great probability that ultrasn0w will not work to software unlock it.

My suggestion is to find out which carrier is your iPhone 4 locked to and search for a paid unlock method, after that, uninstall ultrasn0w and use redsn0w to unactivate your iPhone, so that you can test the unlock before you even attempt to upgrade to 7.0.4.

This is the only solution to my knowledge, it's not the one you requested but it falls under the "any" you asked for.
