Member: 232960 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 419 | -Turn off phone, open itunes -Hold home botton and insert usb cable -Say "ok" and "restore" iphone (you will lose all user contents) -If phone factory unlocked put any sim card to actvate it. -If not factory unlocked, put original carrier sim, or jailbreack iphone to actvate it. PS: If not factory unlocked, it will became locked again and you need to use a gevey sim to get signal. br.  |

all you have to know is as my buddy above asked turn off your device press and hold home button of your device and insert isb in phone(pluged with pc) after a 7 to 10 sec you will see a image like:  This is called recover Image after getting this open the itune(its not matter if you have already itune opened) select your device from the left bar press and hold shift and click on restore a window appears indicate .ipsw and press restore and wait for the finalizing BTW its only possible to restore iphone to 4.3.4 if you dont have that firmware so download it from google if you can't so let me know i will provide you THANKS | |

Member: 30124 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1590000 Thanks Meter: 7,900 | you need a .ipsw so change the extention means edit the name of file and write .ipsw at the end you will got your firmware for window BTW itune will accept .dmg also its a mac bock file dont panic  |

Member: 732119 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 64 | can any body help me out my iphone 4 is only security lock and i can`t understand what is factory lock and factory unlocked if i restore it wid 4.3.4 it remains unlocked or lock is there any need of jailbreak it can any body explain experts and what i abt 4.3.3 is there any problem in restoring wid 4.3.3 and i don`t know which firmware or baseband it have bcz it is locked itunes can`t read it fully plz help and explain experts |
