Can't wait for iOS 5 release this fall and you don't have a developer account? We have good news, you can get your hands dirty now thanks to the powers of the internet. You can now install iOS 5 on your iOS device without need to a developer account, yes you won't need it.

Guide:
STEP 1: Install iTunes 10.5 beta from direct link here. [Mac - Windows 32 bit - Windows 64 bit]

STEP 2: Now you need to download the right firmware file for your iOS device:

iPad 1G
iPad 2 (Wi-Fi, GSM, CDMA)
iPhone 3GS
iPhone 4 (GSM, CDMA)
iPod 3G
iPod 4G

STEP 3: Now open iTunes that you downloaded above and restore using your firmware.

Warning: Only Factory Unlock Phone ( Jailbreak & Unltrasn0w Unlocker Stay Away )

then after install it if my iphone is official can i activate my iphone without any problem

this guide is useful, but you have to activate your device, or the iOS 5 beta isn't work.
