Hactivation help please
 

alrighty guys, new to this forum, and relitivly new to this iphone stuff, but i sorta know what im doing. so here's the deal, i have an iphone 3gs, and updated to all the latest stuff 4.2 and anything else apple came out with. i need help on how to hactivate it. whenever i download redn0w and browse for the ipsw, i cant find it, and when i do, it just wont work? i have a pc on vista, dont know if that throws a bone in. how would i use redsn0w to hactivate it after that? thanks a lot guys :D

Developer @sbingner (author of TetherMe) has made some excellent progress devising a new hactivation method that kills two birds with one stone for all you ultrasn0w unlockers. His tool, “Subscriber Artificial Module (SAM)” tricks your iPhone and iTunes into creating legitimate activation tickets even though you’re unlocked with ultrasn0w. I've seen all that stuff, but I really am after how to get redsn0w to work first, and then I will definitely use that stuff
