Hi bro...iam am the boy with the problem 4s ...i esplain to you better...when is off the phone i put it in the charger the phone richarger ...when is on the phone not charger any more..olnly 5%

if u already tryed with a new charging flex cable and battery then u need to change usb charging ic or coil:-
