I'm having the same problem , also on my iphone 4 sometime show me the signal of wifi but very very bad signal.

no one have any idea here members?

Yes i have change lcd.

and also find wifi , but signal are very very bad , only if i stay closed wifi router , 2 meters away from router no wifi signal!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try Clear NVRAM.
Open Iphone 4 disconect battery and wait 5min. after that restore firmware.
