help,help,urgent,ipad restore problem

hi mate please help me out,am trying to restore ipad2 with ios5.1.1
error14 problem.
i try it on three different system same error,i change usb same error,change port same error.
i check the charging point its ok.
solution please?

the ipad is new one,it just rebooting before but now its in recovery mode
everytime i try to restore it,it will not restore complete and show error 14

where is repair store,the ipad is already in repair store,or what did u mean,if you don't have idea just keep ur ***** inside ur cloth?
Am not kid in gsm repairing,i have done more thank 40pics of ipad2 only this one give me problem.
