help for iphone 4 - GSM-Forum

i tried to install cydia with redsn0w_win_0.9.6b5, after restart the phone stay at apple logo, is there any to put to switch on or to upgrade it to 4.2.1 without ugrading its baseband ?
it was in the version 4.0.2.
any help please.

bro if your ph is working before install cydia . thats means your phone is factory unlocked

just restore it with itunes and put any sim and connect with itunes again your ph working again

bcoz there is not posibil to unlock iphone without cydia thanx

thanks for your reply but i'm not sure that hte phone is factory unlocked, i wanted to install Cydia for unlock and i'm afraid to update it to 4.2.1 to avoid the unlock. are u sure that it is factory unlocked ?

next time just use limerain for jailbreak for version 4.0.2.. ,tested much times and worked perfect.try to use limerain ,may be help u.good luck

i tried first with limera1n, but i don't why it didn't worked now after the release of 4.2.1 in my pc, before it was working.

1st tell me shure your ph working unlocked without cydia ..
