Try this.
Run Ireb4 {fone will become on dfu mode}
Make custom firmware 4.1 via sn0wbreeze 2.1 and flash it via itunes
jailbreak via redsn0w 0.9.6b6
unlock via ultrasn0w
Done.

Restore custom firmware via itunes after no need jailbreak . custom firmware make a cydia

what I do to restore from 4.3.5 to 4.1 is this (assuming 4.1 blobs are not saved)

so your iphone is running 4.3.5 what I do (if shsh blobs are not saved) is jailbreak it and run cydia until it shows on shsh saved for 4.3.5 and 4.1

THEN
put phone is dfu mode and restore to 4.1 you'll get error 1015

you'd be stuck on recovery mode and your phone will have the connect to itunes icon and show up on itunes. restore to stock 4.1 again and you should get error 1015 when that finishes. use recboot or something to kick it out of recovery mode and you should be set.

bro just brows 4.1 stock firmware in snow breeze 2.1 and select simple mode and snow breeze creat a custom file for u

NO Problem Bro. Just enter in dfu mod with redsnow open redsnow and select 4.1 file of 3gs click next and than select last option just pwn enter dfu mod ok
than you must change you host file with 734 byts and than flash your phone with firmware 4.1 you got err0r 1015 when you exit recovery phone not properly on in normal mod you must again flash with 4.1 firmware and than exit recovery and jailbreak your device and unlock with redsnow 0.96b6 win ok 100% tested soulution
Note when you downgrade your 3gs you must Flash tow time ok
