i have iphone 4s come in Australia version 5.0.1 carrier vodafone i need to factory unlock thank for answer.

There is no unlock for the 4s yet. YOU will have to wait just like the rest of the WORLD..

what do you mean by there is no factory unlock for 4s. visit unlock-ready and chek the list of supported iphone.

What is the 4s carrier lock for?

If the owner's operator provide carrier unlocked, you can asked (pay) for that.

If Verizon or Sprint only can asked their CS for International roaming with their unlock sim card.

But if the GSM operator version, you can go for Factory unlock version. which can get from Apple's store. Or I can get one for you, let me know.

Saharatw i have an iphone 4 s modem firmware 1.0.11, model 380LL,carrier Sprint 11.1,version 5.0(9A334) serial DNPGG1Fxxxxx which i need to unlock.May you give the advise if its possible to unlock this phone and what's the procedure to unlock it

I'm in Bangkok Thailand, that what the GSM coverage the whole area by private firm and un-perform CDMA carrier provide by Government office and can not get iPhone 4s registered to used. So I use the Sprint's international roaming policy for get GSM local services. my MD378LL
