Error 3194
You should be able to use the redsn0w tool. Error 3194 means that shsh certificate check failed. But the ipt2 hasn't got such a check in its firmware, which means that iTunes is checking this

Error 3194
Occurs when trying to install an old firmware and Apple's server disallows the installation. The only solution is to have SHSH backup and modify the hosts file to point to Saurik's Cydia server where they are backed up (or localhost if you have it yourself).

No way to Restore 4.2.1 if NO SHSH Backup, but some have succed using 4.1 FW.
