Member: 84048 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 27 | Just use custom firmware to restore because your modem is 6.15 u can't restore with org firmware. First step is use red snow for dfu mode and than flash with custom firmware |

Member: 11325 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 266 | i met the same problem. check that the battrey is well charged when flashing the baseband. Once the process is finished leave it at least to show the apple logo again. I am assuming you already flashed it with the original 4.2.1 and got the 1015 error before this. Then chose the option that it is a new model. IF you did not (something that the redsnow detects anyway) the 3GS can behave really strange such as but not limited to... 1. display goes haywire after a certain amount of time 2. switching off 3. gets into DFU mode on its own Once the baseband is flashed PROPERLY just use cusom firmware and boot tethered at the end. |

Member: 1374074 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1591605 Thanks Meter: 92 | dfu mode solution In my condition all phone was new brand... but i have to take risk.... opened the phone... disconnected bettery... waited for 1-2 minute... again attached.... restored with custome 4.2.1.... everything is like charm......... second option is to wait for get ur bettery full drain.... if u dnt wanna open the phone....  |
