Help with my iPhone 3GS 4.2.1 bb 6.15
 
Originally with 05.14.2 modem version

Updated to iPad baseband 6.15 with redsn0w_win_0.9.6b6 with options install Cydia, Update baseband, and Deactivate but does not seem to be jailbroken after the process. Always stuck to "connect to iTunes" asking for activation.

Finally got it stuck on the Apple Logo. Now i got it booted tethered. Thanks.
