Help with my Iphone 4 - GSM-Forum

this phone has original version of ios 5 i think.. used with gevey for it is not unlock... now i update it with ios 7.1 my problem is stuck with activation says HELLO!..

I read many manual by using hacktivation tools and it succeeded, i can now use my iphone 4, but the problem was the SIM is not unlock.. I used PANGU tools to jailbreak but the pangu says.. you need to Activate the phone..

HELP I DON"T KNOW WHAT TO DO!..

I think Australia?? that where she work!...
but she was on the Philippines... What should I do sir? please Help. her gevey sim not working on ios 7.1 is there any way to unlock this sir?
