i try with boot tethered right now than it starts but , after start cydia an istall it must restar device but dosent´

dear i face same prob befor but i got solution

download tinyumrela n stast server
download redsnow press brows chose restore file press yes or no press next
now check only just enter pwned dfu mode right now press next folow step then finish it

now open itunes n press shift key from key boad n chose restore file again n press restore

its 100% work

you have to charge battery manully after opening set

don´t work the modem software is 6.15 with ipad moden !! it doesent reboot after start cydia
