its on 4.1 ISO and modem firmware 02.10.04

try to use tinyumbrella (available in mac & windows), just look for the exit recovery button. if its still in dfu, restore and update to ver 4.3.1 using itunes and beware your modem firmware will be at 4.10.01. there's a jailbreak for ios 4.3.1 but still no unlock for higher baseban.
