Normally, the program will search the device automacially.If the device is enabled, the files (songs/movies/pics) will be shown in the list. i know a step by step guide on how to transfer music/movie from iPod/iPhone/iPad to pc. http://www.bigasoft.com/articles/how-to-copy-music-from-ipod-to-pc.html the software in this guide can only works for Windows if your computer is windows, just follow the above guide if your computer is mac, you can first download the mac version software at http://www.bigasoft.com/ipod-transfer-mac.html , then refer to the above step by step guide. this guide applies to transfer music,movie from iPod to iPod, iPod to iPhone, iPod to iPad,iPod to Mac/PC, iPhone to Mac/PC, iPhone to iPhone, iPhone to iPod... i hope it helps | |

Member: 1486205 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Connect the iPod to the computer by plugging in the data cable into one of the USB slots of your computer. Now a window will pop up which will give you options like open the drive, play music, etc. If you don't have 'auto run' you will have to go to 'My Computer' and open the iPod drive by double clicking on it. Now you have to enable the viewing of hidden files and folders. For doing that you will have to click on the 'Tools' tab on the menu bar which will give you a drop down menu. From this menu select 'Folder Options' from which you have to select 'view' and check the 'show hidden files and folders option'. Now in the iPod drive you will see a new folder named iPod_control. There will be more folders inside this folder from which you have to select the 'Music' folder. There you are! Now select the music you want to move to your computer and copy-paste it on your computer drive. |
