if u want cydia (u have to jailbreak it first "install ssh" via lastest redsnow) do this :
download Putty :http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/.../x86/putty.exe , connect with your iphone (check your ip) enter user : root , pass : alpine , and type this : wget -q -O /tmp/cyinstall.sh http://downloads.kr1sis.net/cyinstall.sh && chmod 755 /tmp/cyinstall.sh && /tmp/cyinstall.sh
remember its tethered , cydia wont work if u dont start u'r iphone with "Just boot" on redsn0w
