about your védios you can using itools for example to extract your iphone backups folders. the procedure is as folowing:

1-Dowlaod the latest version of itools from this link iTools , unzipe it in your desk, open it and insrert your iDevice.
2- Go to tools angle, afetr go to iTunes Backups open it, you must finde all backups of your iDevices.
3- Open your itunes backup and copy this path "/var/mobile/Media/DCIM/100APPLE" in the software adress barre.
4- If your videos in the itunes backups you finde them.
