How can i transfer contacts from iPhone to computer?

I'm really sorry if someone have already discussed that problem before.
Unfortunately my computer just crashed and I have lost all my data. I still have my contacts on my iphone and I was wondering whether it is possible to transfer all my contacts from my iphone back to the computer... please help me.
Hope to get answers as soon as possible.

sync with ms outlook..after sync you can see the contacts in outlook.

(1)open nokia pc suit connect phone go to pc sync....to microsift outlook!!!!!!!
(2)open itune connect to iphone go to devies afta info click sync to contacts with outlook.......afta apply
