How to check iphone warranty ?


please i want to ask contract and warranty its same thing ?
and how to check my iPhone if its in contract or out of contract ?
now i have tow iPhone like in photo so is there is any one can tell me the stats of this iPhones if its in contract or out of contract ?

your first phone is under warranty.and the second one is out of warranty.

contract is when you took an iPhone with provider subscription. for example: you took a 5s from at&t with 12 months contract, where you'll pay xx$ per month to them for talk time. usually they give the phone at very low price when u took similar contracts. and u cant use the phone with any other operator sim. which we call provider lock or network lock.
if your phone accepts any sim card then its not under contract.
if not then post IMEI here. someone will give you correct information for sure

thanks bro for help but your words means any iphone locked its under contract because i cant use it with any network . so is this right ?
and what about warranty ?

in one sense yes. but providers don't unlock the phone automatically after the contract period is over. customers have to contact them and ask them to remove restriction. so far i know customers have to visit their customer centers physically for that.
and about warranty, like i said earlier all iPhone comes with 1 year limited warranty but you can extend warranty period with some extra payment when you purchase it. not after that.
