best way use google account... after save to PC or use outlook sync..

u can do it from itunes...
connect your iphone with itunes goto the info tab check sync contacts with outlook then click sync and select ''merge'' its important or u'll lose all ur contacts.. all ur contacts shall transfer to the address book.
