but phone not open when i click power button only with voice work cannot try touch screen , very big prob. any another idea?

Two you have to do.
1-Calm Down
2-Try to use double click way to make your way go to setting then general then go to accessory and then dissable voice command.

you have activated the voice control mode ?
ok don't worry sir
use tree finger at same time to scroll
and go to accessibility menu and disable voice control option.

Very small problem friend,

click it twice to enter menu ,then touch "three fingers together" to slide up or down screen.

When screen is locked ,
1=Soft touch it ONCE
2=Fast DOUBLE CLICK it.(Dont slide to unlock)
3=Soft touch Settings
4=Fast double click Settings
5=USE 3 FINGERS to go up or down.Make sure the all 3 fingers touche the screen.

Use the same way to go to On/Off Voice command.
