downgrade to 4.1, jailbreak and unlock using redsn0w.

u cannot downgrade 4.3.5 easily u need shsh first to do that. without shsh u cannot downgrade it with softwares. u can unlock it via imei server and u need to pay for that.

u can downgrade 3gs 4.3.5 to 4.1 as easy as ABC I ve done it more than 20 times.
