hi there ... i see your problem and i have a solution for you if your iphone lucked on a specific carrier, i just want to know your iphone firmware.

whats your specific problem? is your iphone locked and there is no carrier after jailbreak?

only bootloaders 5.08 can be downgrade the baseband via fuzzyband, other way only with external programer via desoldering flash baseband ic and reprogram 05.13 baseband

anyway what is you problem with 06.15 why you need to downgrade ?

ill explain in details

i got 3g 8gb in recovary mode

i updated to 4.2.1 but got error 1015

then kicked recovery in tiny umbrela

then again restore to 4.1.0 got error 1015

again kick recover mode in tiny umbrela

jail break in redsnow

unlocked in ultrasnow

ver 4.1

bb 06.15.00

and my problem is i cant go to 4.2.1 if i update i got error 1015

just connect fully powerd iphone on IOS 4.1 to your pc keeping shift pressed click on update not "restore" select IOS 4.2.1 do not panic if you still get error 1013;1015
just connect to tinyumbrella and kick out of recovery your iphone should come out of recovery

why you don't try to let itunes to do the job?update and restore with itunes.no shift key no nothing,after al complete,jailbreak and unlock,if you got error change pc

i did it with out pressing shift got error 3194

if you got error 3194 ..start tini umbrela go to advanced and unceck the :set hosts to cydia on exit(if you want a clean apple restore uncheck this box)
..hope it help.if after this is the same ,listen to me and install itunes on another pc and do the restore there.i am 100 percent it will work because i face this error a lot of times.
