how to downgrade 3gs 5.0 from 4xx - GSM-Forum

i,ve apple 3gs with version 5.0 with baseband version 5.16.. now i want to unlock it.... it is not supporting by redsnow... it gives some error when patching goes..... so any idea to downgrade it.. i also try with cydia to save ssh but it is not saving ssh.. ant doesn't showing any other version in it.. any solid idea......

don't say to update its baseband b,coz i already try to update it but it showing error when patching...

i also try with custom firmware 5.0.1 with baseband updating it also shows error
