I tried to downgrade iPhone 3GS 4.3.5 to 4.3.3. After I restore the custom firmware 4.3.3 it go through the whole process, but the screen still black (DFU mode) How to get out from this?

use latest redsnow.. browse the ofw 4.3.3 and choose just boot tethered.. if nothings happen.. restore your phone into 4.3.5. read some other informations for you to succeed the jailbreak operation...

ur 3GS is new bootrom and not save shsh so u cant restore to 4.3.3.... try 4.1 it will work!!

i think you have error 1013 from itunes? if yes 1.use snowbreeze create custom fw with activate,2.go to: C/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
3.open hosts with editor and delete:

#74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
#127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com

4.PC restart,5.run Tinyumbrella tts server,6.iphone DFÜ mode and 7.restore with iTunes

Much Better....Upgrade your ITUNES to 10.5
RESTORE it with 4.1 official firmware, then after restoring theres no error message display...
next jailbreak with redsnow and update ipad baseband.......last unlock with ultasnow....YAHOO!!!!! u got UNLOCK!!!

I know how to downgrade to 4.1, but I want to downgrade to 4.3.3 so I will get more support on apps. I made custom firmware myself by snowbreeze, then restore with it successfully, but still in DFU mode. What I have to do next? I didnt get any error like 1013.

Has 3Gs v4.1, new boot, baseband 6.15.
How flash it with v 4.3.3 custom? I try iReb, but always error 3194.
Saved SHSH no.

I need then untethered jailbreak. It exist only for v 4.3.3

same problem, iphone 3gs 4.2.1 jailbreak by greenpois0n but yesterday it crash nd now block on greenpoison logo. i flash it with custom 4.3.3 created by sn0wbreeze. flash complete but iphone doesn't restart! it is always in DFU mode. i use redsnow to reboot it but anything happened, always DFU!! anybody have solution?

update ur phone with letest ver than chk bro

read his post again carefully his ver is 4.2.1 how can he restore with 4.3.3
that is prob he can restore only with Same FW with shah file or only with letest ver

For 3GS new bootrom with no save 4.3.3 shah can't restore to 4.3.3!!!! If u restore with official firmware, it will error 3194.. If u restore with snow breeze firmware.. U will stuck in DFU mode after restore and u can't kick it out... So don waste time on it

Only 3Gs old bootrom although u have no save shah but u can restore it to 4.3.3 or 5.0 and jailbreak untether!!!!!
