RECBOOT doesn't work at all, It doesn't react to anything thats in restore mode.
I think thye only updated REcboot for Macs only not windows. Certainly 1.3 has never worked for me.

I too would like to know which program people are using to exit recovery mode on a PC now that Tiny Umbrella is as confusing as hell.
