Simply create a Custom IPSW using Sn0wbreeze Simple mode and restore it.
I tried it on my 2 iPhone 4 and they working good now.

are you trying to downgrade if not put your phone in DUF mode then do a clean restore (not from a back up) with a good gsm sim in the phone if you are downgrading still put your phone in DUF mode and do a clean restore and upgrade then do the downgrade
