needinghelp Junior Member Join Date: Dec 2010 Posts: 23 Member: 1477250 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0	How to get unlocked 2g data to an unlocked 3g Had unlocked a 2g about a year ago with blackrain for my daughter. Unlocked a 3g for her for this Christmas with great help from this site. Had put her sim card into the 3g then I run to my computer with her 2g to back it up. Itunes said had to restore before it would recognize. So like and idiot I said restore and bam, it locked up with the usb gizzy or the emergency call screen. Did it do this because I didn't have her sim card in the 2g at the time? Will the info still be on the 2g if I try again with her sim card in the 2g? Or is her info hopelessly lost on the 2g? If lost, how are you supposed to get the data off of an jailbroken/unlocked 2g onto an jailbroken/unlocked 3g without losing the data on the 2g?
