How I Fixed iPhone 4S iTunes Error 4013

I took apart the device and cleaned off the board with alcohol. I tried changing out the usb cable, battery, and charge port. None of that worked. I kept getting error 4013 in iTunes.

What I ended up having to do was to take off the black tape on the wifi chip (at the top right of the board) and using a heat gun, heated up the chip to a very hot temperature, along with the R95_RF chip to the bottom right of the wifi chip.

After heating it up, I put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. After it cooled, I hooked up the board to the battery and a new charge port outside of the casing. After that, it restored just fine and I have a perfectly working iPhone 4s again!

Thanks for your post, I get this error sometimes. But now I have the error 24, do you know how to fix it? If yes, don't you mind to show me please. I don't know how to fix it.
