| Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and look there is file name is - host ADD THIS LINE AT THE END 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com after doing all these steps successfully do these steps now carefully no need save shsh. 1-phone should be off now connect to itunes with usb it will turn on normal(phone should be activated). 2-now don't remove usb and turn off the phone normally. 3-now put the phone in dfu mode while connected. 4-now hold shift button and restore it with 4.0.1 it will be done successfully. remember do these steps carefully as stated best of luck |

| ioS 4.1 has just been released for iphone, no Jailbreak not yet...also i think the reason why apple released it is to prevent Jailbreak by hackers. thanks, just personal idea!!! |

| Use Redsnow!Use the latest Redsnow and import the 4.0.1 IPSW, install cydia.I have tried this method on my own iphone 3g. Though I like iphone ,but I hate apple to lock it,but thanks to Dev-team,now we could jailbreak it an unlock it.The AT&T's network is so bad,I heat them(apple and AT&T) for do this only for money.When I bought my iphone,I use AT&T's network which was so slowly.I bought case for it to protect it.And also bought other accessories for it then.I felt I havnt bought iphone only,but bought iphone series which includes a lot of other things. I find once upgrade to 4.1, my iphone 3g turned slowly.I was very upset, so I tell everyone with iphone 3g shouldn't upgrade to 4.1. To end that horrible dream,I bought a new iphone 4.It fells comfortable,but who knows what happens next,nobody can predict it! |

| use redsnow latest version then tick browse select your firmware 4.0 only then just follow the instruction that will given to you of redsnow then unlock using ultrasnow gudluck |
