Why not make stickies with all the common questions, so people dont ask the same question over and over.
can my 4s be jailbroken? Can my 4s be downgraded from ios6 to 5.1.1? I see these two questions 20 times a day.

I also asked the same.

So if moderators can post these two questions and update them when there is a change.
