what about iphone 3gs any solution please becaus ihave one and i don't have original sim so big problem for jailbreak . i wait for your replay

@Marouenbt what version software and Baseband is the handset on?

Also this is not the final release. Dev team have stated that a final version is on the way so all we can do is be patient. Everyone asking when it will come out isnt going to make the Dev Team work any faster. My personal iPhone 3Gs is on 4.0 so i am also waiting for jailbreak solution. So i think we need to realise that it will be done when its done.

I have an iphone 3G 16GB and Tested it and it worked and as you said it only works on ipod touch non mc models.

Unfortunately it wont work on iphone 3GS yet :(
you can wait for the next update that will be compatible with 3Gs
