How To Make iTunes 11 Look Like iTunes 10.7

The new iTunes 11 reflects Apple by bringing the new edge-to-edge and minimalism design to Apple’s famous media managing software. The newer version is a lot better in terms of design and also in performance but it is quite difficult to get used to the fact that there is no sidebar and status bar in iTunes 11. Thankfully, there is a way by which you can make the newer iTunes look more like iTunes 10.7 by just bringing back the status bar and sidebar.

Here is how you can do it,

* Add Status Bar: Launch iTunes 11 and open up the pull-down View menu from the menu bar. Now check “Show Status Bar” and your status bar will be back almost instantly.

* Add Sidebar: You can also get back your iTunes sidebar by the same method. Just open up the new iTunes, click on the View menu from the menu bar and check “Show Sidebar”.
